Refund Policy

The Story Project is operated by Bradley Jay LLC. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, invoicing, tax, and refund processing.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase — a subscription plan, the Founders lifetime plan, or an additional Vault slot — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No forms, no friction.

How to request a refund

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, then request a refund.
  • Or email us at hello@storyproject.app and we will pass your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. It typically takes 3–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30 days

Beyond 30 days, refunds are handled case by case under the Paddle Refund Policy. If a charge is clearly wrong — a duplicate transaction, a technical error, or a renewal you tried to cancel in time — contact us and we will make it right.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account's billing area or via the receipt Paddle sent you. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you would like a refund for the current period as well, request one within the 30-day window above.

The Vault

Refunding a plan does not automatically delete stories you have already recorded. If you would like your data deleted, see our Privacy Notice or email us.
